My Nicey Jane arrived! Wonderful. More fabric to fold. Luckily the folding project is almost to an end and then I can begin work on this quilt. I have to say, I was not over the moon about the fabrics when I first saw them online, but once I saw them in person I loved them. It’s funny how just seeing something in person can change your mind.
Yesterday I did some quilting for Liz on a baby shower gift she needed to get finished in a hurry. I did the blossom quilting pattern, unfortunately it was very hard to photograph the quilting on the fabric. It was beautiful. You’ll just have to trust me.

I have been looking at the Nicey Jane fabric. I think I will get some next month. I have already spent my fabric allowance for this month.
Nicey Jane is growing on me as well, but alas I am on a shopping hiatus! I need to work through my stash :) The quilting looks beautiful! Love that center fabric!
I just got my order of Nicey Jane fabric today-I cant wait to cut into it.
I had the exact same reaction to Nicey Jane . . . didn't catch my eye AT ALL on the internet, but then I saw it in the store and fell instantly in love. I bought some, made a bag, loved it even more, and went back for seconds! :-)
I am impressed that you were able to hold off on using your Nicey Jane! It is hard to resist that fabric.

Sam wrapped all of my birthday gifts in Nicey Jane fabric, it is quite beautiful. I cut into one to make a bag (not quite sure where that is right now).
