I *Heart* Pink Quilts

I don’t generally get to blog about the quilts I quilt for other people – mostly because they are in and out of here so fast!  But this is the second quilt I’ve done for Lucinda and I have to tell you – I am SO impressed with this girl!  This one of just a few quilts she had ever made (with a new-ish baby at home, I might add) and I would have never guessed if she hadn’t told me.  I have to say, the first quilt I quilted a couple months ago was absolutely gorgeous!  A perfect quilt for a man.  But this one, it’s all girl!  I am so sad to see it go, but have a desire now to get my own pink quilt made.  Because every girl needs a little pink in their life.  You will have to watch her blog/Flickr, as I don’t share the finished photos of quilts (at least not until the owner has had the chance to see it and blog it on their own).  So you will have to watch her blog for final showing of this beautiful quilt!

Ahhhh....a kindred spirit. I love, love, love pink and shabby chic quilts. I attend several quilt shows a year, and it is so encouraging to see more and more of these being displayed in the last few years. Go Pink!!
Love your blog!!
